I can't help myself ... I'm proud of my first pizza! Mozz, tomato, basil, little olive oil (before and after attached!)

Nice looking pie!  You definitely got some rise out of that crust.  It looks wonderful.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

  • Killer looking pies, nice job!!
YAY!  I'm so excited!  I love my BGE!  (ahem - Now that I've figured out how to add pics, I will add more of my "cooks" - that's the right word, correct?  I'm still a newbie!)

Thanks, Chuck!  He wasn't that "thick" - just a good bubble of crust right there and I wanted to photo that.  He was really quite crispy (thanks to the BGE pizza stone!), and had some AWESOME crust.  I've done 4 pizzas now and they get better each time.  Still have lots to learn tho!

That happens to me a lot. Thought it had something to do with being redirected to vanillaforums.ca to see the enlarged pic. Sometimes when I click to enlarge I get the right click to show picture thing. Sometimes it doesn't work
