Recommendations on doing part of a whole Brisket

Options

Hey everyone...

My large egg is just about a week old now and I've churned out some darn good salmon, beer can chicken, and pork butt.  Want to take on brisket this weekend, but a whole brisket would be way too much food.  Any recommendations on where to get half of a packer around Atlanta?  I've tried to do pieces of flat on my other smoker before and they come out dry and would prefer to have flat and point.

Thanks!

Call Fergusons meat market in cumming and ask how small of a brisket they have, I picked up a 11lb packer at the restaurant depot last week.
