Second cook of the weekend.

Going full turbo - ribs and butt. 

Ribs have another half hour or so. Butt is at 113 working its way up. 

Hooray for football and pork!

    Yep, 350.

    I sauced the ribs at 1:40 into the cook, and cooked for another twenty minutes, for two hours total. They are in foil now. 

    I usually foil my butt at 160, but turbo meistro Mickey indicated it didn't seem to matter, so I'm trying no foil until I ftc.

    Couldn't wait for the butt to finish, had to have some ribs. Almost forgot to take a photo!
