Salsa... Round 2

The first batch lasted 2 days so cooked more today. Thanks @Griffin for posting your cook.

7 hatch peppers
2 jalapeños
4 garden tomatoes
2 onions
4 Tomatillos
Corn on the cob

This round was a little hotter but perfect heat to me. I think I left more seeds this time. I'll have some pics later.

    I have got to do this.  Our garden is going nuts right now and am looking for things like this to use up the vegetables.

    Roasted the peppers to pull the skin and remove the seeds. Roasted everything else and used a little mesquite wood. Food processor... Chill.
