I put a 15 lb brisket on last night at midnight.  It came off today at about 1:30 PM.  We ate it at 4:00.  19 people later and it was gone!!  Was super tender and juicy.... I also grilled some zucchini.  10 minutes a side at 350 with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
