My Egg is starting to lose its luster. Has anyone ever used car wax on the outside of their BGE?

    I would say no...

    Next time it's warmed up, wipe it down with a damp cloth.

    Never tried it. I would be afraid of what might happen when the wax heats up. Not to mention all those little white lines where the wax gets into the crazing.

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
