Cooked some Tuna from my fishing trip last year in the Gulf where I learned about the beloved Egg (our charter boat had an Egg on board). Dropped about 4 apple chips in the fire as I put the tuna on the raised grid (top level swing grate).... Now the Southern part, purple hull peas with tomato relish and some turnip greens sautéed with bacon grease, garlic, and minced onion. I've been juicing this week, and this was an awesome integration! Hope yours was as good as mine tonight.image
