Pork Tenderloin Sliders & new Whiskey

Made a pork tenderloin sliders. Used dizzy's red eye express on the pork. Sliders had smoked Gouda cheese, lettuce, sweet pickles, & chipotle aioli sauce I made. Forgot to take pics of sliders. @smokinsooner thanks for inspiration on these. These turned out unbelievable & definitely a game day menu item. Tried Rebecca's Creek whiskey made her TX. Not bad at all and really smooth.
