.....but I didn't burn the wings.

Marinated 24 hours in 50/50 Dichikos Garlic and Extra Hot.  Had enough kick to be interesting.

Indirect for 35 minutes at 400.  A little crispy, but not dry.  Actually, fall off the bone tender.

Made a batch for us, and a batch for give aways.

XLBGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to my daughter), MBGE and lots of toys

    Wings look perfect Doc.  I had wings tonight as well.  It has definitely become a family favorite.  I like to cook the whole wings like yours...they just turn out so darn juicy.  Glad you got pics...I was a slacker  ;)

    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
