Sous vide chicken breasts

Have 2 large breasts grilled and frozen in food saver. How long and what temp should the water be to bring them to the table ready to eat?

  • Not sure with frozen but typical is an hour to two at 147*. I really think you should give them a sear in a hot cast iron pan before serving. Something like 30 seconds a side.
