After @Griffin had fame and fortune with his loins....I decided to have a go at it.
Butterflied and pounded it out then stuffed it with sausage, sauteed portobella mushrooms, spinach and cheese. Cooked indirect over a pan of water...300 till I got tired of drinking beer. Set up with spaghetti squash and a sweet potato. Shared half with a neighbor that just had surgery. Love to share the love from the egg...

You make @Griffin sound cheep making fame and fortune with his loins :-t Remember he can cook as well.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Looks good. No fortune here, still broke as a joke. And to make it worse, didn't fire up the Egg once this weekend. Sometimes the desire just isn't there to cook for oneself when the better half is away.
