Salmon & Shrimp Tonight!

I'm thinkin' raised direct, 300F dome, with the slab of Costco salmon on planks splitting the grill into halves 
with skewers of Costco shrimp with veggies on either side! How's that sound? Some rubs on the shrimp and salmon, of course.

    I did a quick marinade consisting of

    Soy sauce
    Brown sugar

    Tasty...using it on a pork tenderloin for snacks tomorrow.

    Here's what I'm talkin' about! Planked salmon below, shrimp skewers on top. Shrimp ws done first then moved salmon to top. Used a little alder for smoke. Ragin' River rub on the salmon, some hoisin sauce on the shrimp. Cooked both to 140F internal temp. Went over really well!
