Quick cook before my low and slow

Picked up some cowboy and bacon cheddar prime burgers from my HEB meat market tonight.  They also had some some meatball mushroom caps that I gave a try.  While the burgers were good in flavor, I probably won't get them again as they overworked the meat and likely added salt as the texture was more towards meatloaf.  I look forward to grinding my own meat so I feel more comfortable going below medium when grilling burgers.

The mushroom caps were good, just lacked some salt.
