Sounds like a winning plan to me!   Are you cooking at the tailgate or do you have to transport everything?   Just curious how you plan to transport everything and keep it warm.

I haven't tried this...but I was thinking that if you FTC the butts, then just put other stuff in foil pans in the same cooler- the butts would help keep everything else warm.   Good luck!

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

The butts are going on tonight for tomorrow. I ftc the treats for one hour...gone. No pics, it was dark and gone. They stayed off the egg warm for an hour. Everybody loved them.

Gotcha...treats for tailgate, butts for tomorrow!  I'm sure they were a big hit!  I want to try that Italian pulled pork as well.  I might have to throw a couple of butts on tomorrow.
