Back in the Saddle

Busting out the egg after a two week hiatus. Two weeks after knee replacement and it's time to get 'er fired up. The egg has not been idle this long since I got it and it's driving me nuts. Got a couple nice rib eyes and ready to rock and roll.

Seared and waiting for the roast. I should be having a nice Cab while waiting, but it might not mix well with the narcotics.
