Not sure I believed what these claimed to be, I lovingly referred to them as gopher ribs during the cook. The package said pork baby back ribs and also made in the Netherlands. So, I guess they were Dutch baby backs imported all the way to the Canadian West coast. Go Figure. Wife picked them up at local supermarket for under $7 for the two racks. They were just the cutest little things I've ever seen. This is two full racks on a MBGE. Rub was Meathead's Memphis Dust, apple smoke, Grid at 240-260, about two hours. Threw 1/2 glass of some home made sauvignon blanc (that I'd rather not talk about) in the drip pan during last 30 minutes to slow them down until the deep fryer was ready to make french fries. Although not too much meat on them, what was there was really tasty, wish she had picked up more.
Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
