My First Brisket met with Success

Well the first brisket is in the books. I was a bit worried, I bought too big a piece, but the leftovers are great.

Used a dry rub with oil, and indirectly smoked the brisket for eight hours at 215-225, then wrapped it in HD aluminum foil for another 4 hours. Took it off the egg, wrapped it up in a towel, placed it in a plastic cooler. and boy when we were ready to eat, it was a huge hit. Love my egg!
