Hells yeah!!! Can't wait to see the finished pineapple upside down!

That's an XL, right? I think that 1st pic might just settle the eternal "should a get a large or XL" question. 2 spatchies and 2 fatties! Nicely done.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

What kind of sausage in the fatties? I made one last weekend and used breakfast sausage (the recipe I was using called for Italian, but I hate fennel seed) and it really overpowered the bacon. Wasn't bad, just not what I wanted.

I think breakfast sausage is too over powering as well. Last time I did a 50/50 hamburger and sausage. It turned out a lot better I thought.brewbq said:What kind of sausage in the fatties? I used jimmy dean sage and it turned out great

I think next time, I'm gong to fillet a pork loin. y'know, kind of slice a spiral and unroll the sucker. Anyways, I think pork loin will really make the bacon stand out and make the delicious dish this process really deserves. Off side, I'm glad the Jimmy dean worked for you. I didn't like the outcome, but like I said, it WAS good, just not my anal retentive version of perfect.

Love the XL btw. I am dripping with envy. But speaking of dripping... Check out last weeks cook on my "lowly" Large... Us little boys can have some fun too! "just kidding of course"

Nice! Looks like you have all sorts of room with your setup.
