Bottom Round Roast and Brisket

Found a small bottom round roast in the frig and thought this might made some decent sandwich meat. Put DP Red Eye Express on it and lo and slow until 135.

Not to bad. Wife loved it and had some for dinner.


But I was wanting brisket.
