i was on the road a couple weeks and had not used my egg. came home, cleaned it out and fired it up. noticed i have a crack completely down the middle of the grate with the holes that the lump sits on, and also a leg of the plate setter. any advice? i've had the egg since mid april, so i'm a little pissed. however, i wanted to ask here before i hit up customer service. thanks for any info you guys have out there.

You should just be able to take it to the dealer you purchased it from.
