Breakfast pizza part 2

I found this interesting pizza dough recipe and I had to try it out.

I have replaced the wine with vodka and I really like the dough. It is fast and ready to go on the egg in less than one and half hours. It also keeps well in the fridge. I have been playing around with getting the correct ratio of vodka to water/flour and I think I have got it. Last night I used 3/4C water and 1/2 cup of vodka

Note to self: Put pizza on the the stone and then do egg wash on dough...won't stick to peel and break yolks
