Country Style Ribs

Going to a friends house for a get together. I went to my local butcher for a few racks of ribs. To my dismay he was sold out. So I bought "country style ribs". So here is my first cook of this modified shoulder. I used Worchester Shire Sauce, mustard and home made rub on half of the "ribs" and some Tasty Licks rub on the other half.
