Meatloaf on the BGE

I got home from work early today and decided to try meatloaf on my LBGE. I used venison for the meat and the normal meatloaf seasoning. I set the egg to 375 deg dome temp and put some baking potatoes in foil around the pan. I cooked to 190 internal temp, I like meatloaf a little more well done.
I must say it is my favorite meatloaf so far.

Meatloaf on the egg is one of our favorite meals.  The meat loaf sandwiches that follow are even better.  The smoke is much more pronounced the next day.
