Easy cook for the small tonight. Mini loaf surrounded by whole jalapeños, cherry tomatoes and sliced taters used pecan chips for smoke. Very tasty.  Followed by Blue Bell Vanilla topped with some of Hoss's Apple Pie  Found hog heaven.
