three flavours for wings

Need some help. Having our kids over on Saturday for wings, ( son in law loves em) Couple of questions; 

1- Roughly how many wings will fit on a large egg. 

2- Could I use another raised grill,for more wings (weber grill on extended legs) would the higher heat in the dome be a hinderance?

3- Anyone have a good honey garlic recipe

I am doing some hot wings, some jerk chicken (from Griffin's Grub) thank you.

I want to have some honey garlic as well. If I use the extra grill, how would you suggest keeping the juices from the upper grill from dripping on the lower recipes, don't want to have one flavour dripping on the other.
