Cazzy's Wings Today

My Neighbor has drank the Kool Aid and called me up and wanted me to help him unload his new XL. Tonight we will take it for its first run. So today I had some of Cazzys GingerTeriyaki sauce marinating some wings since yesterday so I threw them on with a few extras for some hot wings also.

Did them for an hour at 350, turned them at 30 minutes and reapplied sauce.

For the hot used tossed them in a bowl with EVOO and then Salt Lick Garlic Seasoning. After I took them off I threw them in a bowl with Louisiana Wing Sauce.

Everything came out great.

    Things came out great, I need to maybe thicken the Ginger Sauce up a tad to get more of a nice glaze to the wings.
