Clean the Frig Fried Rice and Woks

Had some leftovers in the frig so decided to do a "Clean the frig fried rice"

    The cast iron wok looks fantastic.  I bet it gets hot and does not cool down, looks like what I would to scrambled eggs and bacon on.
