mothers day cook this afternoon. need help direct/indirect? time and temp?

    I do them indirect at 350-400 until 130 in the middle. Should take between 1 and 2 hrs. Just did one for Easter and it was really good.

    250* til desired temp. Roughly 25 min per pound

    +1 with LS above-indirect.  Best you will ever have-use a thermo for your desired finish temp.  And this one needs a rest-tented for 20 +/- mins before carving.  Gettin hungry here-

    Yes, and tented means foil over top and loosely pulled in. If you wrap in foil the roast will continue to cook

    It will continue to cook anyway even without foil but you will get a lot more wrapped
