Spice Roast Turkey Breast

In response to my earlier post "Ideas Needed" this is how it turned out

2 tbls ground Sage
2 tbls ground Nutmeg
1 cup brown sugar
3.5 lbs boneless turkey breast

rubbed and rested 3 hrs cooked indirect 400 with drip pan + apple chips to165


Tender and juicy
Served with Mushroom rice,mixed green salad with home made raspberry champagne vinaigrette and a chilled white Zinfandel

  • Wow. that cake looks freaking awesome. I don't really eat sweets but I love pineapple upside down cake. I get it once a year on my BDay. Might have to to make it twice this year. The bird looked nice too. I'll be trying that too.
