I am following a recipe from the forum for a pork loin tomorrow. What do I buy at the store? I know it's not the same as a pork tenderloin but don't know what it is called. Can you help? Please and thank you.

doan wanna be a dink.  but ask for a pork loin.
    "center cut pork loin"

actually, buy the entire loin, maybe ten bucks.  best deal in town.  cut it into three roasts.  cook one, freeze two.  or make back bacon from the remainder
