Meatloaf Dinner

Cooked a meatloaf on the egg tonight... came out fairly good... just threw it together with some spices, an egg, breadcrumps, and garlic... ketchup & brown sugar on top...  Had quite a strong smoke flavor from the lump I used (first time trying it, was a half bag given to me).

Dinner plate with steam fresh veggies and some pasta roni... nothing exciting on the sides, but quick and easy...

    Looks good. Will taste so much better tomorrow.
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
