Auber pit thermometer
Options
I used my auber for the first time this weekend with good results. The only thing I noticed was that on one occasion the heat went below my set temp of 250. It actually dropped to under 240 then eventually climbed back up. Is there any explanation for this? Is it a lump ignition problem maybe?

Not sure honestly. I just used my auber on a 14 hour brisket cook. Worked fantastic. Love that thing
