What is your Race Day Menu?

With Daytona just around the corner, the other half and I are preparing for our annual race day party. As in the past, I suspect that we will eat better that day than we do any other day of the year. Here is the problem, we haven't been able to really nail down a menu. I'm hoping that your menu might provide some inspiration. So my question is: What is on your race day menu?
