Brisket on a BGE

This was not my first but it's my first on my BGE. It turned out wonderful. Plus I also found a pile of green boiled sweet runner peanuts which I cooked in August and we had them as appitizers. I made Justin Wilson's coleslaw and brisket served with Georgia South BBQ sauce. I made a video on posted on youtube. I think it's goes better than pictures. It's 13 min long but it did cover 30 hrs total. I hope you enjoy?
