Maverick ET732 5 Degrees Off?

I just calibrated my BGE Dome thermometer, Maverick ET732, and two digital thermometers. Boiling point for my location should be 212 for my location. The Maverick and my two digital thermometers read 216-217. Are they really 5 degrees off? My BGE Thermometer was about 20 degrees off.

If they were in boiling water and not touching the bottom, then yes. My maverick reads about 214 in boiling water. Both probes.Geaux Tigers!!!
