The Microplane Meat Tenderizer

Microplane is a cool company.  They originally started making very sharp, laser etched wood rasps (I have a couple in my shop) and then branched into kitchenware (zesters, cheese graters, etc, I have four in my kitchen too).
Now they have a meat tenderizer on the market:
Pretty cool!

I learned the hard way. Buying good meat is very important.
Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

I'm thinking about trying this just for my Fajita/skirt/flank steak.  Otherwise, yeah, I don't need a meat tenderizer.   :-t

Skirt steak needs it. I have them run it twice at the store.
Salado TX Egg Family: 2 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max (I'm good for now).
