20Lb Brine Turkey on BGE
I recently purchased a Large BGE and earlier I smoked a 12lb turkey at 350 degrees using the brine recipe featured on the BGE website. It turned out really well, matter of fact it was the best turkey that I ever had.
Now I want to cook a 20lb turkey using the same recipe. Does anyone know how long I should cook the 20lb bird? Can I still cook at 350? I plan to use the V-Rack and plate setter. I need this to turn out as perfect as my previous effort since it is for the in-laws :-)
