Boston Butt Cook Off

Tomorrow is pot luck at work. I normally just inject the butt with no rub because I don't really like the bark. This time I figured I would do my normal butt and a second butt.

This first one is my "traditional" as described above. No rub with the injection from the BGE book.


Second one has been brined for 12 hours with kosher salt, molasses, and water. Then I put a rub on it.


About to put them on for an overnight cook.
