Have a 19.6lb bird and a large egg, I would welcome any recipes or suggestions.  I have the bird in a brine as I am typing this and plan on smoking or roasting on egg Thursday morning.  Can't wait to read your responses.  Thanks to all and happy Thanksgiving:)

That's a large bird to smoke.  Plan on about 40 min per lbs at 225-235 degrees (approx 13 hrs).  I use a little hickory and apple with mine.  When you pull the bird out of the brine, be sure to rinse well and pat dry.  I always put some rub under the skin as well as on top of the skin.  I also rub olive oil on the skin.  I've put vegetables on the inside but my favorite is stuffing a beer can inside the cavity.  Good Luck and hope it goes well.
