First Wings

Cooked my first batch of wings on the Egg tonight, have cooked more than a few pieces of chicken in my life, never anything as good as these. Pure fantastic. Served them with fruit salad, potato salad, and asparagus. Only thing left were a few wing tips and that because I wouldn't let the Wing Tip Disposal unit (Picture #2) have them. The Egg is everything I had hoped it to be, hopefully I can learn to use it to the full extent of its capability.

The wings look great, as do the pups. We have two ourselves, a Lab and a French Bulldog. Glad the new EGG is treating you well.
