Help with Brisket

I put a 2.25# brisket on this morning using Daddio's Easy recipe. The egg is cooking along at 200 nice and steady. The internal temp rose to 155 and stayed there quite awhile (The Plateau?) now my intenal temp has dropped to 144 and staying there? I checked with my insta read and it verifies the same temp. Egg still at 200. Any clues????
