Dave's Steakhouse Rub

Ingredients2 Teaspoons black peppercorns
1/4 Teaspoon dried rosemary
1 Teaspoon dried mustard
3/4 Teaspoon kosher salt (sea salt works too)
1/2 Teaspoon of garlic powder
1 Tablespoon brown sugarInstructionsPulse peppercorns and rosemary in a grinder, coffee grinder or blender until the peppercorns are coursely ground.  Combine the rest of the ingredients and rub evenly over the entire steak. NotesNumber of Servings: 4Time to Prepare: 10 minutes
