Doc's Cauliflower and Broccoli Salad

• 1 Head of orange cauliflower, divided into florets• 1 tsp Mustard
• 1 Head (or small bag) of broccoli, divided into florets• 1 Tbs Vidalia Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
• 5 Green onions, chopped• 1 Tbs Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing
• 5 Dried dates, minced• 1 tsp Red Wine Salad Dressing
• 1 Red bell pepper, diced• 1 Pinch Fennel and coriander seed
• &#188 Cup Bacon bits• Dash Ground cardamom, to taste
• &#188 Cup Shredded cheese• Dash Salt and pepper, to taste
• 4 Tbs Mayonaise

InstructionsIn a steamer, add the fennel and coriander seed to water and bring to a boil. Steam the cauliflower and broccoli to aldente, (that's almost done for those in Rio Linda). Immerse in an ice water bath to chill. Drain the cauliflower and broccoli and place in a large mixing bowl. Add all the other ingredients. Add cardamom, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well and chill. Add chopped walnuts for a little flair.NotesNumber of Servings: Time to Prepare:
