• 8 lb Boneless Prime Rib
• Kosher Salt
• Garlic salt
• black pepper
• bay leaves

InstructionsPut garlic salt, and black pepper on the meat and then place the meat on v-rack.Then load the top part of meat with kosher salt. It will look like a snow top.Then place 4 or 5 bay leaves on top.I then place on a cookie pan on the green egg .Cook @ 325+- degrees for about 3 hrs.until doneness desired. I use a polder meat thermometer till middle is 175 degrees.Inside is well done and end pieces are just right.NotesNumber of Servings: Time to Prepare:
