Yesterday my wife and I wanted to make a dish from one of our favorite brunch places in Houston.
Chicken covered in some Dizzy Dust
Raws: mini Yukon golds, onions, cherry tomatoes, avocado
Just about done....
Plated and ready to eat
It turned out great! Now I just need to figure out the recipe for their Mojitos...
