I did one of these a while back and just wanted to make sure it was as good as I remembered. OH YEAH. It was great. For those interested it is Morro Bay Richs' recipe. This is off the Egg and after resting[IM]ttp://i1177.photobucket.com/albums/x342/tacodawg1/photo-37.jpg[/IMG]
And this is sliced ready to eat. Pulled it at 130. I make a tri tip pizza with left overs.

There is just two of us but like I say I use the left overs for a tri tip pizza that is great.

The recipe makes these so easy as long as you can get tri tips which depending on where you live can be difficult. I do a chicken breast with a new Mexico chili rub that comes out great on the grill. I use my San Felipe ladrillo to hold it down. Thanks for looking. Time to post some of your cooks.
