Why is it the bone in ones always taste better ?

    Great combo on the Egg. Did you grow the squash? Mine will bloom but to hot for them to set and just fall off. :(

    I don't know but I totally agree! There is a difference in taste and they do cook better.

    I also like that they come with their own "handle", ha ha.

    I put some of JJ's Favorite Rub on it.

    I'm not sure. I've heard a scientific reason for it in the past, but I forgot. All I know is they do, I like them better and nothing beats gnawing on that bone when you are done, trying to get every last morsel of meat off of it.
