Hi folks, I put a 7# but on last night at 11:00 @ 250. Planning on eating at about 2:00. Is it ok to foil and bump up to 325 to finish. Will I dry it out or will it be ok? Thanks for the help.

  • I would just leave it, it's most likely almost there, and you still have a couple more hours.
    Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 6 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

    It finished at 325 - 350. It is in the cooler, I hope it is ok.
