A friend of mine has just purchased a plate setter and is looking to me to show him how to use it. I'm thinking I want to cook something that won't take too long, maybe 2 to 3 hours, so was thinking country style ribs or a turkey breast, probably with some moink balls too. Can anybody give me some other ideas for a quick and easy entree?

If you have a baking stone pizza can be baked.

Most anything can be cooked indirect. One purpose for indirect cooking is to keep the direct radiation from the lump from hitting the food.
Pork tenderloin is a great cook. A variation is Char Sui
