Madame Le Oeuf Vert came home from work the other day with a gift. She had one of the guys at work make this for me. She got the idea down at the Sunshine State Eggfest. I just put a finish on it and filled it up.

Thanks for looking.

Dizzy Pig and Carnivore are both great companies with great people behind them. I had the pleasure of meeting both of them at different fests this year.

It might come in handy if I travel to Salado next year. Hopefully you guys will have another fest because the 1st looked great.

Once you feed them one of your creations from your EGG all their troubles will be gone.

That's what I have been looking for. Looks really nice.
The one issue is, in a funny way, we have more rubs.

You can never have enough rubs. The rest of mine are still in the cabinet. Only the most used made it to the new rack.

Save the dizzy Pig jars and I will send you some new labels. In the mean time you might look around a grocery or hardware store for one of those 3 foot long pieces of heavy wire racks with little clips for holding small items.
Sometimes they will give them to you for asking, I have 4. great for hanging spice bags.

Here is a link to a stand one, others hang or shelves with an "L" top.

Got to go make the beach rounds, will have a toddy for you and friendly wife. Richard

    Sweet looking rack!
I just received today the rub "sampler" from Dizzy Pig, but sampling will have to wait as I'm doing my first brisket overnight and I'll be using my own rub this first time. Thread/pics to follow.
